• Plasma Catalysis-Electrocatalysis Coupled Reaction Platform

The PE-FLOW-G01 is a flow-cell reaction platform developed for coupled plasma-catalysis and electrocatalysis research, activating inert small molecules under mild conditions and achieving selective bond formation at the electrode interface. Low-temperature plasma activates inert molecules such as CH4 and N2 into highly reactive species (excited states, radicals, etc.) under mild conditions, which are then selectively converted into high-value products in a coupled electrocatalytic flow cell, establishing a "plasma activation - electrocatalytic bond formation" cascade reaction system. The platform integrates reactive-molecule activation and selective electrochemical synthesis in a single flow path, significantly shortening the transport path of reactive species from the generation zone to the electrode surface and improving the utilization of short-lived species.

    • Cascade architecture: plasma activation zone and electrocatalytic zone integrated in one system, with adjustablegas-path-to-electrode gap (approx. 1 mm) to minimize quenching and loss of reactive species during transport.
    • Adaptability: compatible with selective catalytic conversion of CH4, N2, CO2 and other inert small molecules; supports single-feed activation and mixed-feed co-conversion.
    • Modular: adjustable electrode materials, electrode area and electrode spacing.
Complete solution: optional plasma power supply, mass-flow control and other modules provide a complete workflow from gas feed, activation and electrosynthesis to product collection.
