• In Situ Thermocatalysis-DRIFTS Reaction Cell

The TCT-P-G01 in situ diffuse reflectance IR reaction cell is designed for research on heterogeneous catalysis, gas-solidinterfacial reactions and material surface chemistry. Combining DRIFTS with a controllable reaction environment, it can be flexibly configured for high-temperature, high-pressure, vacuum, low-temperature, photocatalytic and other reaction conditions, enabling in situ real-time monitoring of catalyst surface adsorbates and reaction intermediates. The system integrates high-precision temperature control, high-pressure sealing, multi-window optical design and flexible gas-path control, collecting high-quality IR spectra close to realistic reaction conditions and dynamically tracking adsorbate activation, key intermediate evolution and product formation. The platform is compatible with mainstream FTIR spectrometers, providing strong support for revealing catalytic reaction mechanisms, active-site evolution and structure-performance relationships.

    • Versatile environments: supports high-temperature, high-pressure, low-temperature, photocatalytic and other reactionenvironments for diverse catalyst systems.
    • Precise T & P control: temperature up to 600 °C with accuracy better than ±0.2 °C; pressure from rough vacuum (10-4 Pa) to 3.44 MPa, simulating a wide range of realistic conditions.
    • Kinetics-ready: couples with SSITKA and isotope-switching techniques for reaction pathway and intermediate evolution studies.
